How it works

A few spoonfuls of low-sodium, onion-free broth, thinned yogurt, thinned pumpkin purée or blended wet food.
Lick
Every lick turns the ball and brings up a thin coat of filling. A little at a time, so it lasts.
Pop apart & rinse
Lift the shell, take out the cup and ball, rinse or top-rack wash. Freeze a filled cup for a longer session.
The Roll-Ready rule
Mix thick fillings with an equal amount of water before pouring. Too thick and the ball sticks; too thin and it's gone in seconds. 1:1 keeps it rolling.

Will my pet actually use it?
The ball brings up food with every lick, so the reward is instant. Start with something they love, like low-sodium broth, and keep the first session short. If it doesn't work out, you have 30 days for a full refund.
Why won't the ball roll?
The filling is too thick. Mix it 1:1 with water (our Roll-Ready rule) and the ball will turn freely again.
Which color should I get?
Classic Blue is the everyday pick. Halloween Black with an orange ball is a limited fall run. Many people get one of each: 2 bowls are $50 in any mix of colors.
Can I mix colors?
Yes. Pick 2 or 3 bowls and choose a color for each one. 2 bowls are $50 and 3 are $75, in any mix of colors.
How do I take it apart?
Lift the outer shell off, then take out the inner cup and the ball. Rinse in warm water or place on the top rack of the dishwasher. Dry fully before reassembling.
Can I freeze it?
Yes. Freeze a filled inner cup for a longer, cooler session, then pop it back in the shell.
Is it safe for chewers?
It's made for licking, not chewing. Supervise every session and remove the bowl if your pet bites at it or tries to pull the ball out.
Does it work for cats?
Yes. Many cats enjoy it with a little thinned wet food or broth made without onion or garlic.
